if we follow them, we are not going to go wrong anywhere.

matter or any Naturally occurring vegetable & fruits are
God’s gift to Mankind & how we consume them in the right manner is a
Divine Learning and Divine Application for our own health
Many people we find them starting their day with a glass of
warm water with Lemon in it. Lets see if it is correct or this practice needs
to be rectified. When people take a glass of lemon juice in warm water with
honey in it, their main reasons are weight loss, detoxification, boosting
metabolism and so on and so forth. But are these reasonings correct? Lets see
- Nutrients in lemons promote the removal of waste materials and toxins.
- Lemons have a high content of vitamin C or ascorbic acid.
- This nutrient is well-known for its diuretic properties, which means it increases urine production in the kidneys thereby helping your body to eliminate excess fluid and sodium more quickly.
- A water- soluble vitamin and powerful antioxidant,
- It helps the body form & maintain connective tissue, including bones, blood vessels, and skin.
- Boiling in water can quickly decrease vitamin C content by 10% in 10 minutes.
- Processing in a temperature range of 30 to 60 degrees C could result in the conversion of a very important reaction in regard to vitamin C degradation that do not have the biological activity of vitamin C and is irreversible
- Vitamin C is one of the least stable of all vitamins in solution and is oxidized readily in light, air and when heated. This means that heating in water causes the vitamin to leach out of the food into the water and also to be oxidized
- The melting point of vitamin C is 190 °C (374 °F), which means the temperature at which you boil the vegetables cannot destroy the vitamin C, however can drastically reduce the content of Vitamin C
- The researchers found that it isn’t just water and heat, but time as well that plays a critical role in the Vitamin C content of these vegetables. Vegetables began with 15.39 mg/25 ml Vitamin C in its raw form and saw its content drastically decline to 13.58 after cooking for 5 minutes, 9.96 after 15 minutes, and 5.43 after 30 minute
Hence, when we get up in the morning after 5-8 hours of sleep, we have already lost considerable amount of water thru respiration, probably heat (depending upon the weather conditions), urination – getting up in the night to go to washroom & we take a substance that has diuretic properties, will additionally remove water from the body & MAKE US FEEL WEAK FURTHER
Thereby, the process of having lemon water in the morning will cause weakness to us where as we are supposed to be active when we getup. This is the reason I say, that lemon water should not be had in morning.

So, it used to be either mixed in vegetable or had just before a meal to immediately rectify the bad the effect of direct touch of lemon juice on tooth enamel

lemon water should be had just before meals that too freshly made, however,
being SQUEEZED IN VEGETABLES - THE BEST WAY to avoid any harmful effects
