* When we put grains to birds, do they have it raw? I am sure our answer to it will be YES. However, can we have it raw? I am sure the answer will be NO
* Most Fruits and Vegetables, we can definitely eat them raw, so we can cook them also and have it.
* However, there are a few vegetables, which we cannot eat raw. For example: Potato, Arbi (Colocassia / Taro Roots), Suran (Elephant Yam), Shakar Kand (Sweet Potato), Yam (Jimikand), Purple Yam (Surti Kand). So, do we really have them?

Additionally, these days the foods that we have these days absorbs more water. Hence, the concept of 8 glasses of water came into being
