We all are aware of Omega 3 & Omega 6 (good cholesterol  that benefits the heart).  However if consumed in inappropriate  proportion,  can cause more harm than good. 

It is required in the proportion of 1:1 or 1:2 (Omega 3: Omega 6 - being the best). However, in the current scenario the ratio has shifted to 1:16

This excess of Omega 6 contributes to heart diseases
