What happens when Oil is heated Repeatedly?
When oil is heated, starts to
form aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, dienes, and acids. A few culprits to
consider are an aldehyde called acrolein, as well as alkenals and alkadienals
Acrolien in very toxic to our
cells and genes – they degrade our cells and genes; they also generate free
radicals. And we all know free radicals cause all kinds of diseases.
Now the processed oil that is
coming to us has already been heated at a particular temperature (please check
on the bag or can of the oil), hence it is coming to the consumer in a harmful
form already
