Nature's Diet is the BEST HEALING DIET


Nature is the BEST HEALER. Hence, let us understand what is NATURE'S DIET. Nature says, whatever I give you and if you can have it in the NATURAL UNCOOKED FORM, then you can cook and have the same thing. It will not harm us. 

Let us take some examples to understand this:

* When we put grains to birds, do they have it raw? I am sure our answer to it will be YES. However, can we have it raw? I am sure the answer will be NO

* Most Fruits and Vegetables, we can definitely eat them raw, so we can cook them also and have it.

* However, there are a few vegetables, which we cannot eat raw. For example: Potato, Arbi (Colocassia / Taro Roots), Suran (Elephant Yam), Shakar Kand (Sweet Potato), Yam (Jimikand), Purple Yam (Surti Kand). So, do we really have them?

So, BE NATURAL, EAT NATURAL & KEEP YOURSELF NATURAL. Take care of YOUR HEALTH.
